Of course I feel grieved by what happened. Could we have done something to prevent it? Who knows? The guy was a "loner", according to many. Not much is known about him? I think not. It's sad that this guy was barely a blip in the social radar, but I just wish someone came out and said that they were his friend or that they knew something crucial about him. Due to laws and finding out the penalty and such, of course they have to figure out why he did it. But I don't think it matters. Whether he was mentally "ill", bored, vengeful, mad, happy or depressed, people still lost their lives, families lost loved ones. It's a lose-lose situation, because all the media is doing is saying how tragic it was. Some people from the area say it brings back memories of the Columbine incident. Okay, so if it happened once, and it happened again, why isn't anyone taking action? I understand it's not going to happen overnight but I don't see it buzzing around, exactly. That's what enrages me.
